1. Gas generator housing
This is the largest and most complex metal component in the airbag, responsible for containing and detonating the gas-generating agent.
Material: usually high-strength aluminum alloy (such as LC4, 6061) or stainless steel (such as 304 stainless steel). Aluminum alloys are lightweight and high-strength and can withstand high temperatures and high pressures caused by instantaneous explosions; stainless steel is mainly used in environments with high corrosion resistance requirements.
